Ashtanga Yoga Berkeley offers its space to Giorgia Milne for her local BCT/Stillness Touch and Body as Consciousness courses. It has beautiful wooden floors, numerous altars and statues, plus rich red walls, along with zabutons, zafus, and massage tables, making this a lovely place to practice sacred healing arts.

AYB is located in the western “flats” of Berkeley, with easy access to food and drink, lodging, green space, theatres, and public transit. The area claims a rich history of the 1960’s Free Speech Movement begun at the University of California at Berkeley and the Black Panther Party organized in nearby Oakland.
