I have always been fascinated with health and healing: How do we come to be? What maintains us? When and under what conditions does healing happen? When not? How? Is LOVE truly the greatest healing force around? And, ultimately, what does health, healing and wholeness mean for an individual on any level and at any given time? This living inquiry inspires every aspect of my work and opens me to each person's multidimensionality – from the physical to the most subtle.

Just as we have a rhythm to our breath and heart beat, there is an even more subtle rhythmic flow to our cerebral spinal fluid system, which in health is coherent with a greater universal flow that is inherently optimal. Craniosacral touch accesses this fulcrum, this core inner sanctum. The "center of centers" of that core is located in the heart, at the area of the SA node, the point or place where energy meets structure and spirit informs matter, where our optimum expression of health on all levels is available in the ever present now.

Flow and communication throughout all levels and dimensions of wellbeing are a natural dynamic interchange between the uniquely personal "me" and the Universal. Together, we create a field of respect, trust and safety where deep relaxation can occur allowing this already quite natural process to optimize, inform and transform. In this way we open to how health and healing express in the presence of touch.

In a typical craniosacral session, the person lies down comfortably on the table fully clothed, usual for a period of about 45 minutes to an hour. There is time and space for check in, feedback and integration before leaving the office.

My interest in working with clients tends towards the support and development of a conscious cultivation and personal evolution and integration of this dynamic relationship with health, healing and one's own inner path. In other words, that you the client becomes capable of sensing and perceiving these subtle, natural forces in yourself thus landing you in your innate capacity to cooperate with your own healing intelligence that allows the Universal to live through you on a personal level.

Though I have extensive training in purely mechanical and functional treatments, it is not the focus nor goal of my work with you, however, I am able to assess and make appropriate referrals if that is your desire. I look forward to meeting you.
