Dynamic Stillness: Biodynamic Cranial Touch Initiatory Course

(Required for acceptance into Mentor Course)
This 4-day course will explore Biodynamic Cranial Touch as described by Charles Ridley in his book "Stillness." The emphasis here is on how the different manifestations of the BOL (cranial wave, fluid tide, long tide, dynamic stillness) represent aspects of our evolving consciousness. The work focuses on practitioner development: the capacity to abide in a non-doing disposition, recognize the boundaries of each of the approaches and allow for that "unerring intelligence" to express, not only in our practice, but also through us in every aspect of our lives.

Dynamic Stillness: Biodynamic Cranial Touch Mentor Course

This is a yearlong immersion and ongoing individual mentorship in Biodynamic Cranial Touch\ As a living organism, BCT is constantly evolving. In the Mentor Course, we participate in this evolution as we explore body as consciousness.

It is an intimate setting designed to support your deepening and integration of the work allowing it to live and continue to evolve through you into every aspect of your life. As you receive and are transformed by the BOL, you develop the capacity to express that with others through conscious touch. Groups are limited in size and consist of the same members committed to the completion of the entire series. The field relies on this level of commitment to the BOL, to oneself and the other participants.

Open Forum

These are one-day informal classes where students and practitioners gather in the spirit of healing, sharing and the simple joy of being "in good company." We come to presence, meditate, check-in with what is happening in our lives and in our practices and have dynamic discussions around these issues. I may offer a current topic of interest that is up for me to share with you, which may be in the form of a guided meditation, informational handout or inquiry into some aspect of our work. Emphasis is on what spontaneously arises from our collective field. Most importantly, we share conscious touch by doing exchanges.
